- Wednesday: 6.00-8.00pm Flex, Stretch and Core
- Friday: 5.00-6.30pm Friday mix!
- Saturday: 10.00-12.00pm Strength and Conditioning
- Sunday: 10.00-12.00pm Flex, Stretch and Core
