Training Times
| Training times are currently as follows. These are a mixture of remote land training sessions via Zoom and in-pool training sessions. | |

| Wednesday (Elite Squad only): | 7.30 - 10.00pm Leyland |
| Friday: | 8.00 - 10.00pm Leyland |
| Saturday: | 9.00 - 10.00am (Zoom) |
| 2.45 - 3.45pm (beginners) Fulwood | |
| 2.45 - 4.45pm (full club members) Fulwood | |
| 2.45 - 5.45pm (Elite squad) Fulwood | |
| Sunday: | 6.00 - 7.00 pm land training in the dance studio Leyland |
| 7.15 - 9.15pm in the pool (beginners in pool until 8pm) Leyland |
