Event Details:
Swimmers must be registered by 8.45. Those swimmers who are only swimming in age group combination teams can register at 10.00 am; champs combo at 2.00pm.
Timing will be tight, so please would all swimmers warm up in their black costumes and white hat, and after warm up stay on poolside so they can be put into their figure panels. Team Managers need to make sure their swimmers have everything they need whilst doing figures so they do not have to go back to changing room after warm up.
After swimmers have swum their routine, the announcer will announce their name and club on the swimmers swim off; swimmers are asked to give a wave of acknowledgement as they get out of pool.
At the beginning of each break, Team Managers are asked to come to poolside to find out medallists and then have them ready on poolside; we do not want to go looking for swimmers or Team Managers.

House rules:
- Only Team Managers are allowed in the changing rooms
- Please leave changing rooms clean and tidy at the end of the competition
- DO NOT leave anything behind
- we have just half an hour after the last medal ceremony and parade to vacate the building
Parking:
There are 2 multi storey car parks, one of which is opposite pool, fees I think were £3.50 for the day.
