Novice warm-up: 9:25am
Team costumes will be provided, but all swimmers are reminded to bring: club kit/tracksuit, towels, goggles, nose clips, hat, solo/duet costumes, plain black costume and plain white hat for figures, gelatine, clips, bands etc., drinks and snacks. For swimmers taking part in routines it is advised to gel hair before arriving to save time at the event.
